The Virginia Beach Circuit Court, General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and Clerk's Offices will be closed on Friday, July 4, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. Fireworks displays are scheduled to take place at Mount Trashmore Park and the Oceanfront at 9:30 p.m. on July 4. Waste and recycling services scheduled for July 4 will take place on Saturday, July 5. A complete list of impacted services and open facilities is available.
